Procedure of Shionsent

1. Buyer Issue LOl or ICPD with full requirement.

2. Upon receipt of LOl seller Issue FCO along with full credential.

3. Buyer signs the FOD and return to the seller.

4. Seller Issue a draft contract with complete credential and procedure to buyer for review and acceptance.

5. Buyer can advise modification in contract If any.

6. Buyer sign and sealed the contract and return to the seller for final signed and seal.

7. Seller send final contract with authorized sign and seal along with the pro-forma involce.

8. Buyer revlew the contract and make a advance payment via MT103/TT transfer to sellers designated bank account.

9. Upon confirmation of payment seller process the shipment and load the goods to vessel.

10. Inspection will be done by SGS and all original shipping documents being provided to buyer.

11. Buyer makes balance payment vla MT103/TT transfer to sellers designated bank account.

The above stated terms and procedure are for preliminary introduction purpose and the final terms and procedure will be declare by the seller after successful negotiation with the buyer and the same will be furnished in the final FCO and in the contract as well.
