Material Development
The performance of rubber and rubber-metal bonded parts in static and dynamic working conditions is mainly influenced by the developed material or mixture. Carries out mixture designs and verification tests of these designs in accordance with product design expectations in its R&D center.

Product Development
R&D center by utilizing CAD and CAE software, In this context, Nonlinear static and permeability structural analysis, Hyper elastic and viscoelastic materials, Durability life estimates for elastomer / metal components, Prototype using rapid production tools and methodologies, Static, dynamic, fatigue and durability verification tests of our designs.

Process Development
In our R & D center, process development activities focusing on automation, leaning and error-free processes are carried out in all production processes. All kinds of fixtures, apparatus and special equipment we need can also be realized in our mold design and production unit.

Tool Design & Production
Has many processes in its integrated production structure. This creates the need for mold / apparatus / fixture for all these processes. Our mold design and production unit, which has an advanced and wide machine park, meets this need. In this way, we can respond to customer needs quickly and flexibly.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE TESTS
R&D Center laboratories are able to carry out all static, dynamic, life and strength tests under different conditions. Within the R&D laboratory, there are single-axis and multi-axis MTS test systems with high quality and precision. In this way, we can simulate real road conditions and verify product.

MIXTURE TESTS
We are able to test the chemical and mechanical properties and all vulcanization characteristics of the mixtures we developed in our R&D Center laboratories.
Production

Compounding
In our mixture preparation facility with a capacity of 3.500 tons / year, mixtures of ACM, AEM, HT AEM, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, VMQ, FVMQ, FKM, ECO, CSM, CR, CM materials are produced in accordance with customer specifications.

Metal Forming
In our tandem, progressive and robotic press lines, metal sheet cold forming operations are performed in-house. In addition, we can produce suitable solutions for our customers with laser, punch, bending presses and welding processes for special production with low capacity.

Vulcanisation
Depending on the product engineering requirements, we perform the mold vulcanization process with our injection, transfer and compression molding techniques.

Extrusion
Produces in its own high-tech conventional and co-extrusion production lines TPE or Rubber profile products in accordance with customer technical expectations.

Plastic Injection
We produce technical plastic parts in our own processes as semi-finished products or finished products for our customers. For this purpose, we have vertical and horizontal plastic injections where we produce PA / PP / PE / TPU / TPE material groups.

Assembly
In our advanced assembly line, we apply special equipment and automation solutions to make part assemblies and adhesive tape or clips applications.
